In April of 2000, iPromotions was acquired by 24/7 Media. I continued my product definition duties, delivering a detailed, long-range development guide and feature plan in January 2001. Additionally, I was instrumental in finalizing the iPromotions move, meeting aggressive staffing goals, and understanding and synthesizing the rapidly evolving area of online privacy issues.

Provided logical, user-friendly product design flows and guidelines. Developed deployment timelines. Provided business strategy analysis and recommendations. Interfaced with other 24/7 Media department heads. Performed human resources intake, interview and analysis.
